Training Compliance Notice
This course is designed to meet or exceed current Maryland Wear & Carry permit training requirements as of the date of instruction. Firearms laws and training requirements are subject to change at the state and federal level.

Successful completion of this course does not guarantee permit approval, which is determined solely by the Maryland State Police or applicable issuing authority.

If training standards change after your course date but before permit submission, HARP FTD will provide guidance on available options to help you remain compliant.

Reciprocity & Multi-State Training Notice
This training focuses on safe, responsible firearm handling and defensive pistol skills that remain applicable regardless of changes to concealed carry reciprocity laws. While some training certificates may be accepted in multiple jurisdictions, students are responsible for verifying permit requirements in their state of residence.
